Embodying Unity for a Safer Community: The Cagayan Valley Center for Health Development (CVCHD), led by Regional Director AMELITA PANGILINAN and Asst. Regional Director MAR WYNN BELLO, turns over One (1) unit Ambulance and Two (2) units Motorcycle to LGU Palanan, Isabela.
The auspicious occasion was graced by the esteemed presence of Congressman ED CHRISTOPHER S. GO, 2nd District of Isabela and Mayor ANGELO A. BERNARDO of Palanan, Isabela, symbolizing the strong partnership in serving our community. This united effort will empower our emergency response and ensure access to critical medical aid throughout Palanan.
As we receive the keys to these life-saving assets, we embark on a shared journey towards a safer and healthier future. Together, we unite in our commitment to protect and serve the people of Palanan.
