The Lgu Palanan Isabela thru the leadership of Mayor Angelo A. Berbardo has successfully conducted and launched BIDA (Buhay ay Ingatan, Droga’y Ayawan) Program with DILG, LNB , PNP, BADAC, together with the LGU Employees. This initiative was conducted to promote drug-free workplace.
Drug abuse remains to be a public health concern as it continues to block the aspirations of everyjuan for a better future. In lieu with this, The Municipal Health Office, thru Dr. Clarish Atienza conducted an Information Drive Regarding the Ill-Effects of Drugs.
