Spearheaded by Palanan PS headed by PMAJ ALFORD C ACCAD, in collaboration with the Municipal Anti-Drug Council (MADAC) chaired by Municipal Mayor, HON. ANGELO A. BERNARDO, and Sangguniang Kabataan Federation led by Hon. Justin Kerby Bernardo supervised by LYD Officer Ronie V. Cabaldo and Rhu Palanan headed by Dr. CG Atienza.

This activity is in support to the Drug Demand Reduction Campaign of the government together with the community. Special thanks to our super active youth participants for supporting the BIDA program in our municipality.
