MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 96, issued by the Office of the President, Malacañang

Pursuant to Proclamation No. 60 (s. 1992), which declares the last week of September of every year as Family Week, and Proclamation No. 326 (s. 2012), which designates the fourth Monday of September as “Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga” Day, work in government offices under the Executive Branch shall be suspended on 22 September 2025 (Monday) starting at 1:00 p.m.
“Agencies responsible for the delivery of basic and health services, emergency response, and the maintenance of peace and order shall continue to operate and provide essential services.”
