National Refugee Day!

The Local Government Unit of Palanan, Isabela, proudly supports National Refugee Day, observed annually on June 20, under Presidential Proclamation No. 265, s. 2023, in line with Executive Order No. 163, s. 2022, and DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2020-153.

This observance underscores the Philippines’ steadfast commitment to protecting, including, and empowering refugees, stateless persons, and other at-risk populations.
Sama-sama po tayong magsuot ng kulay asul (blue) sa June 20, 2025 bilang pakikiisa sa World Refugee Day.
