PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

By virtue of an Executive Order signed by Mayor Angelo A. Bernardo, Monday, July 21, 2025, is hereby declared a Special Non-Working Day in all public offices and public schools in Palanan, Isabela, in line with the rescheduled celebration of the Sabutan Festival due to TS Crising.
This is to allow full participation of government employees, teachers, and students in the festival activities.
Agencies involved in health services, emergency response, and peace and order shall continue to operate and render essential services.
