SPECIAL NON-WORKING DAY ANNOUNCEMENT

Pursuant to EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 23, Series of 2026, issued by the Local Chief Executive, JULY 22, 2026 (Wednesday) is declared a SPECIAL NON-WORKING DAY in all public offices and public schools within the Municipality of Palanan, Isabela.

This is in observance of the Founding Anniversary of Palanan and the Solemn Feast of St. Mary Magdalene, Patron Saint of Palanan Parish.
